Original Gouache Painting, Conservation Framed

Artist Thomas Stream explores the movement of life and the spirit of wildlife through bold colors and fine lines in his latest exhibit Colors of Summer. From the lynxes that roam through the evergreens of Washington State to the vibrant birds that glide the western sky, Stream’s contemporary gouache paintings pay homage to wildlife in various regions of the U.S. and his Sun’aq Aleut ancestors and their traditions.

This Tanager is inspired by the birds in the Texas and Mexico regions.
