The imagery In this limited edition serigraph was inspired and encouraged by the hours that Susan spends in her garden throughout the season. There are 34 double hit colours in this print, meaning nearly 10,000 pulls, by hand including proofs, involved in making this series. There are revelations of butterflies and tulips— seeds germinating, birds, pods, and so much more. The viewer has the opportunity to discover anything they want to see in the garden with inferences of salmon and different flowers from throughout the summer.
