Courage

“So many of my friends and family  have ongoing courageous cancer treatments and survivorship.  The little fighting octopus is for them.
My dad and sister passed, my son and remaining sibling are survivors.

Every summer I stay with a long time family friend in Haines. This year her beautiful 37 year old daughter was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer. I named this print for her. We shared a big hug and tears when I told her that she inspired the title.”
