Isabel Rorick: The AwakeningThe lighter pattern in this basket is woven with sun-bleached grass stems, and it follows the cresting wave pattern. The reddish bands are alder bark-dyed spruce roots, and are woven with cockle shell pattern. The rattle-top lid is filled with miniature Haida Gwaii agates.
