Fire Keepers“The piece shows Thunderbird as Phoenix. It was created in response to having the hottest summer ever on record and a plea for humans to work harder to get in harmony with nature. Climate change is bringing natural disasters, and BC had more area burned this summer than ever before…this is bringing a new reality to living on Earth and we have to both protect ourselves and combat practices that contribute to the climate crisis.”
