“Sky People is a spirit marker of artists and carvers who are no longer with us. The mask portrays my memoriam to them and represents my tribute to the inspiration they provided to be creative in wanting to become an artist.  My concept of “Sky People” as a spiritual guardian remains a recurring theme between earthly and spiritual realms.”
