Mosquito (Skok Bug)
Basket Woman, who is also known as Witch Woman, used to go out after dark gathering up children and putting them into her basket. One night as she was gathering up children, she got Little Hunchback. As she was traveling down the trail, Little Hunchback grabbed a branch down and pulled himself free. Being free now, he followed Witch Woman with her basket full of children. When Witch Woman came to the fire where she was going to cook the children, Little Hunchback came up behind her with a pronged stick and pushed her into the fire, where she evaporated into the smoke and turned into Mosquito. That is why Mosquito still sucks blood today.
