“This tray is the first piece I carved with my own adze and hook knife. Wayne Price guided me, while I chipped away at the block of Alder it once was. The design on the outer edges is inspired by Kuugan Jaad (Mouse woman). A supernatural being that I’ve seen hiding in many works of art through the North West Coast. “Mouse Woman Feasts” is the name I give this tray.”
