Great Flood

Long time back now, Raven was the best hunter that there was! As he was going for a little walk he saw Lizard! Hmmmmm, I think I would like to have that for dinner. So, I he tried to catch Lizard. But Lizard crawled in a hole in the ground. Raven watched for him to come out of the hole foe a long while before he stuck his beak in there to catch him! But Raven’s beak was to short, so he pulled on his beak to make it longer and skinnier. He did this over and over until he could reach Lizard! Finally, he was able to catch Lizard, he pulled and pulled and finally he pulled it out of the hole. But it wasn’t Lizard, it was a root that a plug to hold the under ground water back. As soon as the plug was pulled out the world was flooded. After the creator cleaned up the water Raven promised never to hunt Lizards again!
