Joanne Edenshaw’s love for textiles began many years ago. She began to think of it as a career when she graduated from “A Touch of Culture” in 2004, a native school for fashion design and art. After school, Jo concentrated her talents on pieces for various clients ranging from casual sweaters to cocktail dresses. With the guidance of brothers, Guujaaw and Jim Edenshaw, Jo developed a style of traditional and contemporary regalia and outerwear. Jo looks forward to taking her work to another level by learning the art of formline, so that she may create her own designs and eventually move on to the medium of carving gold and silver jewelry.
