Deborah Head

Deborah Head is a life-long resident of Craig, Alaska, and a Tlingit and Haida Native. As is required by tradition, Head gathers and prepares yellow and red cedar bark used in baskets. Each basket she weaves is inspired by traditional objects housed in museums and personal collections.
