Born in 1982 in Santa Fe, NM, Dawn Wallace grew up in her parents’ gallery. She made her first metal jewelry when she was 12 and began exhibiting in the youth division of Indian Market in Santa Fe at 14. She currently resides on the Hamakua coast of Hawaii with her son and spends summers in Alaska with family. Dawn received an A.A.S. in jewelry design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City in 2003.
